How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.

During collection launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days or more.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, so cancellations or modifications cannot always be guaranteed.

If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update your shipping address.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Not on orders to the United States, United Kingdom or UAE: there are no duties or import taxes to pay.

For other countries, duties and import taxes may apply on delivery. They are set by your local customs office and paid by you.

My tracking hasn't updated.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

If your tracking hasn't changed after several business days, contact our support team and we'll investigate.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it.

Please check with household members, neighbors, your building reception, or your local carrier.

If you still can't locate your package, contact us and we'll assist you.

Products

How do your sizes fit?

Every product includes a detailed size guide.

If you're between sizes or need additional advice, contact us and our team will help you find the best fit.

Are your garments unisex?

Most Rastah garments are designed with an oversized unisex fit unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Will sold out products be restocked?

Most collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

Core essentials may occasionally return.

Why does my garment look slightly different from the photos?

Many Rastah pieces feature handcrafted details, embroidery, patchwork, washing techniques, or garment dyeing.

Minor variations are part of the craftsmanship and make every piece unique.

Can store credit be refunded to my original payment method?

Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted back into cash once issued.
