Disappointing Customer Service Experience.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced while attempting to purchase a T-shirt from your brand during your Eid discount offer.

I reached out to one of your representatives, clearly stating that I wanted to order a medium-sized T-shirt and requested the account details to proceed with payment. However, I received only a brief response of “YES” with no further instructions. After that, my messages were ignored for an extended period. By the time I received a reply—after more than an hour—the shirt was no longer available in my desired size.

This delay and lack of communication resulted in me missing out on the product I intended to purchase. When I pointed out the issue, I received a quick apology, but that does not resolve the inconvenience caused. This experience has left a negative impression regarding your company’s customer service and reliability.
